Week of February 22nd, 2011

I hope you had a terrific four day weekend and hope the students are feeling rested and motivated to be back at school for another busy week ahead. Just a reminder that the Oldie Goldie will be held on March 4 and we are collecting gently used books to sell at this event. Spirit Day is on Friday and the students may wear green and gold colored clothing. Reading week will take place Feb. 28-March 4. Below are some highlights.

Monday - Dress as your favorite book character/share books in class.
Tuesday - Visiting illustrator - Frank Remkiewicz presents.
Wednesday - Outside - Drop Everything and Read. Please have your child bring a towel to sit on.
