Week of March 7th, 2011

Wow. I really can't believe that it is March already and that Spring Break has almost arrived.

What a great time we had last week during reading week. Check out the latest edition of Ebytes that shows a photo of us taken outside during Drop Everything and Read last Tuesday.

This Tuesday, two people from the local chapter of the National Audubon Society will visit to give a presentation which will include live raptors, as well as, information about the eagles' nest in the neighboring cell tower. We can't wait!

Field Day has been rescheduled for grades K-2 to Tuesday, April 5.

Other Important Dates:
* Relay for Life - Friday, March 25 - Students may wear their relay or purple shirts on this day
* Class Picture Day - Wednesday, March 30
* Spirit Day - Thursday, March 31 - Students may wear green and gold colored clothing on this day
* Field Trip to the Museum of Fine Arts - Friday, April 1
* Celebrate the Arts - Friday, April 15
